How would you read a reversed Queen of Pentacles for aspects of career that cannot be changed? 

I read it as non-traditional, non- profit, investments required. Job for passion and not just for money. 

Hello, I don't get what you mean, but a Queen of Pents Rx makes me think of a boring work environment, where you have to do the same things over and over again, so things never change. I don't see passion at all, just a job for "surviving". 

what deck, and what's the context? There's such a lot that influences the interpretation of a card. Generally speaking I'd suggest that it means focusing on your own priorities and needs in the work area - have firm boundaries and beware of problem people.
