Hi everyone!

I’m not entirely sure what should go here, but I can tell you a little bit about the twisty path that has been my tarot journey! I first picked up a deck when I was a kid, maybe, oh, 25 years ago? I was very young, and I was giving readings to my mom and her friends. I didn’t understand what I was saying- I was just reading from the guidebook, after all- but apparently my readings were accurate. I lost interest in this pretty quickly, but would pick up the cards here and there, especially as a teenager.

Fast forward to 2014. I got back into tarot, a little, and then about a year later, I was fully bit by the tarot bug! I was HOOKED. Unfortunately, just as I began feeling confident enough to actually post, Aeclectic Tarot shut down. And honestly, I have bounced around through various circles and nothing has quite compared!

My own practice took a hit from 2019ish until the past several months. I had tried to make it as a professional reader, and to be totally honest, that was a complete non-starter and I took that really hard. Eventually I realized that I didn’t really want to read professionally- I just wanted to escape from retail hell (which I have since then) and possibly solve some money troubles that I had had, and the idea of being able to really LIVE tarot was so appealing!

Anyway, my delight in tarot is back and I’m older, wiser, and very excited to be here!
