I will call the Knight of Swords. Because he has knowledge of the law, and will immediately undertake action to get me free.

It depends on what I did on my drunken night out. However, you did say arrested, so in that case I will have hypothetically done something wrong...

... so I would call the King of Swords. (If I have to call someone then I'm going straight to the top.) An authoritative person who knows the law and no one dares argue with him because of who he is, who he knows and what he knows.

You and me both, and I will accept the consequences.

Queen of Pentacles. Compassionate enough to understand, but also has the means to bail me out.

Also, Queen of Pentacles reminds me of my own mother, and she’d probably bail me out without too many questions.  :P

Well, if I'm hungover I would not be in the mood for a lecture.

So I would probably call the Knight or King of Wands because they have most likely been arrested for drunken benders and wouldn't judge me too much. In fact they would probably have a laugh about it.

Page of Cups

As this person is seen as someone who would offer spiritual guidance and someone who would teach life lessons. So he will provide me necessary advice pretty to face the consequences and learn the effects of my actions the cold and hard way. The experience will be traumatising but enough to teach a lesson.

I love this answer. And it is so totally true.

The King of Pentacles is the sort to have lots of connections and to know how to make money move if necessary, so he'd be my go-to guy for this.

Posted

King of Swords if I had the funds to pay for his legal services. But Page of Swords might be an option. In my deck he looks like a student of law with books next to him and the sword he is waving in the air. He’d be excited to get my case whereas the King might just get bored.

I'd call my younger sister, the Page of Cups to tell her the cash for the bail is in my underpants drawer and to please bring it down to the station and bail me out.  And don't tell the Queen of Wands (mom) or the King of Swords (dad)!!  :-[

I'll call the King of Pents. Autoritative and efficient, he will bail me out and shut up the catcall.

Also, he is understanding enough no to judge me ; he will know that now is not the time to lecture me because I already feel awfully bad.

And he will know what to do to make me feel better : he'll make me a large cup of hot tea with a toast and a tylenol, and then put me to bed to recover. The next day he'll give me a warm hug and I will have learnt my lesson..

The Queen of cups- cause she has a heart of gold, and wouldn't be hard on you..

King or Queen of Swords - don't mind which since they're both lawyers (at least in my head!  ???).    Always exercise your right to call a lawyer in these circumstances.

King of Wands because secretly he has been in a similar predicament and King of Pentacles has bailed him out before, so he knows what to do.  But the best part is, although I will get the wrath of him, the eye of the storm will be over before I get home.  O:-) :P >:D

I would call the knight of swords. He is very smart and intelligent. He has a deep knowledge of law and he knows how to manipulate with people and force them to do what he wants and needs. I know that he would yell at me because I did something wrong, but I would not care about it, because the point is to get out of jail.

O. <3 <3 <3

King of Wands.  He's been through the ringer, he knows the best way to get through this through his own experiences in his time!

Queen of Wands. She knows everyone, has had her own fair share of wild adventures, she won't tell my mom (I think), and will charm the cop. OR she knows like 5 lawyers who love her, or can raise bail money on kickstarter with her wide social network and social media skills, lmao.

I couldn't agree more, as a young man our King of Swords started out as a lawyer who quickly rose up the ranks to become a barrister and again in turn to judge. So who better to turn to in your time of need.

However ..... Yes there is most certainly a however especially in this case. He is ruthless in his decision making and make no bones here for his friendship with you or I in this case shall bear no part of his judgement. He will be firm, sift but fair. If the crime committed was petty maybe he would go easy but if guilty then guilty we are and punished we shall be. This King will go only by the letter of the law, no rule will be bent let alone broken.

My choice here would be the Queen of Cups for she would act out of Compassion and as a Confidante you could tell her everything and she would, no matter the crime (so long as it hurt no other) act on your behalf.

However ..... If it was a violent crime where innocent people or animals were hurt or injured or worse then her compassion would fall upon your victims.

Therefore....

The King of Cups would be the better choice as he would act as your Benefactor and act on your behalf with nothing but unconditional love. So no matter what it was you did he would find a way to keep you safe and out of troubled waters!

The King of Swords.
He's essentially the Charles Stuart II of the Tarot to me.
He was  smart, he was strategic, and he loved the intrigues of the court. The man who put an end to that Cromwell crapola. The man who filled Whitehall with courtesans and lovely little dogs. The man who pardoned the guy who stole the Crown Jewels, because he was intrigued and impressed with the way he pulled it off - and then he made him a King's Cavalier.
Uncle Charlie (we're possibly distantly related)  is my favorite king ever, and definitely a Swords King. He knew - he'd seen his father beheaded, he'd spent time in exile. One of his favorite mistresses was Nell Gwyn, the girl who used to sell oranges in the street. He never forgot what reality was for most people, and that is the highest compliment I can give to a person of rank.
So yeah. I'd call the King of Swords. He'd understand, and he'd pull some strings!

Nah. I'm no Papist, and I love the theater.  🤣
Besides which, his hoes were interesting enough that I'd have gotten along with them. (I mean, Nell Gwyn vs. the Kardashians? Give me the 1600's PLEASE!)
Me and Uncle Charlie would have seen eye to eye. 😉

We'd be ducked and then burnt at the stake up in Pendle.

Couldn't handle that a second time 😄

Nah. They'd just drown us like Margaret Wilson.

(This painting was on the cover of my first copy of Wuthering Heights. To this day, it's my image of Catherine, in spite of binge watching all the film versions.)

Seriously, though, I think that as long as you made Uncle Charlie laugh, intrigued him somehow, or just had a nice rack, he'd let you live and maybe set you up with a title. He had other fish to fry. 😉
