I have to say that I continue to find The Journey into Egypt Tarot absolutely gorgeous, but I really don't care for the accompanying LWB/Book. I'm going to stick with it, though, to see if I can coax out its secrets.

I'm enjoying using the Fairy Lights - the imagery in the minors is interesting and doesn't immediately bring to mind the RWS. It's great for a more intuitive reading style. I'd forgotten quite how lovely it is.

What a great lot of decks this week, wish we were together and could walk around and look up close.

 

I've daydreamed of how sweet it would be if by an unseen hand, all of those who signed up for the DotW would magically appear in a candle-lit Victorian room, seated on a cozy table with lots of food and drinks, holding nothing but the very decks they signed up with. It must be nice admiring a deck someone has that you've always wanted, or gaping at the beauty of a deck that you have never encountered before, or taking instructions from someone who altered her decks magnificently, or marvelling at the boxes or perfumed cloths or what-have-you that they were wrapped in. :D

 

I often imagine our group meeting up at a coffee shop and spending an afternoon together - what fun that would be! :D

 

Imagine! It would have been so nice to meet you all and have a look at your decks, and put a face to the names ;D

I've been fighting off the flu or having a mild case this week - haven't even dug out the Zombies!!  Not too late, though.

Sorry gang, between it being my work weekend last weekend and getting taken down by a bad cold I am just now back alive and updating!    Looks like TT&M is migrating tomorrow, but I'll check back in the later evening to see if it's up and going.  :)   

 

I think I'm all caught up now.
