My Queen of Swords would go with traditional with a modern flair in blue and white decor.

I figure that the Queen of Swords would like modern utilitarian (tho tasteful) settings, with lots of metal and glass and whites and cool colors.

My QoS would be minimalist with lots of metal and black and white. Very functional but uncluttered.

 

 

And perhaps a bit of wood and glass touches here and there for the more feminine vibe.

I think she might have a room like the one attached below (could not figure out how to insert picture in the message).  This room would be great to have social meetings or discussions, as well as to receive important people.

She definitely would not like lots of clutter around her, apart from wall cabinets to house all her books.  After a day of working and having to use her mental skills, a home with a restful atmosphere in which she can unwind would be suitable. Not too sparse, but comfortable enough to put her feet up. 

Pictures and knick knacks would be a no no.  Everything would be housed in stylish cabinets so they are hidden from view.  A semi minimalist decor would be her choice.

It is full of white, (white) wood, glass, clean and clear colors not fulfilled with decorations.
