26. The Page of Wands is having a creative block. Which member of the Court does he call for advice and what do they say?

 

He will call the Queen of Wands, because she as a queen is also teaching. She will say you can do it, to motivate him.

While he has a bit of a rivalry going on with the Knight of Wands, the Page respects his older brother's experience and knowledge. Their ages are also close, so he may be more inclined to ask for his help.

I think he would chat with his friend the Page of Cups who has artistic inclings and could totally relate.  Probably has gone through something similar at some point as well.

My first thought was the Queen of Wands - but I think that says more about me than about the Page.  She is soooo the person I would want advice from (mostly, how do I be more like you?  ::) )

 

My second thoughts are ask one of the Cups - all that watery go with the flow energy is great for getting round obstacles - or wearing away stones.

 

My third thoughts are ask a Sword.  You won't get a gentle answer but it might remove the blockage by cutting through a lot of rubbish.  But be prepared to be told that the cause of your creative block is that the central premise of your magnum opus is seriously flawed.  On the other hand, your novel/symphony/sand sculpture is likely to be all the better for the constructive criticism.

 

My fourth thoughts...  go for the polite incomprehension of the Pentacles.  Why not get a proper job?  :))

Queen of Cups she knows about feelings and emotions, she would love to help. She likes to help and offer advice in an empathic, healing and intuitive way. She would relax the situation down, so that any tensions and worries that brought on creative block would ease away.

The page of wands would ask for help her mommy - queen of wands and her godmother - queen of cups. QoC can ease her and tell her that everything will be great and there is no need to suffer because of this temporary crisis and mommy would direct her ideas in the best possible way how to express them.
