Ix Chel Posted February 4, 2018 Posted February 4, 2018 31. The Queen of Cups needs to solve a crime mystery. Which member of the Court does she choose as her sidekick and why? The Queen of Swords. Because she is analytical, intelligent and only judges the facts to find out the truth.
Starlight Posted February 4, 2018 Posted February 4, 2018 31. The Queen of Cups needs to solve a crime mystery. Which member of the Court does she choose as her sidekick and why? The Queen of Swords. Because she is analytical, intelligent and only judges the facts to find out the truth. The Knight of Wands - someone who can do the legwork for her and do it thoroughly and with enthusiasm, but won't challenge her authority at the same time.
Jewel Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 Queen of Wands ... I mean who else can make this as fun and exciting!
EmpyreanKnight Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 I've always thought that the Queen of Swords would make a very good detective. She is as cerebral and unemotional as her King, but the Watery nature of the Queens also means that she has the additional ability to intuit the sometimes strange logic of the human heart.
~D~ Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 Queen of Swords, she believes in Justice, i think...and she is smart
Cobweb Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 If I was writing this, I'd use the Knight of Pentacles. His lack of imagination will make him a good sidekick - in the tradition of Dr Watson, Hastings etc , he can marvel at her superior intuition and uncanny deductive ability. Also, his ability to plan and deal with the mundane side of things will be useful. I see the Queen of Cups as the kind of person who could arrive at an airport without the bag containing her tickets and passport - so he could organise her.
Page of Ghosts Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 Another vote for the Queen of Swords as I think they'd make an excellent crime-solving duo. The Queen of Wands could also be someone to consider.
Saturn Celeste Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 The Knight of Swords because he is a Paladin to me. He’s the knight in white armor ready to pierce the truth with his lance. Besides, what Queen doesn’t like being escorted by a dashing knight?
Jewel Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 The Knight of Swords because he is a Paladin to me. He’s the knight in white armor ready to pierce the truth with his lance. Besides, what Queen doesn’t like being escorted by a dashing knight? I LOVE this!
Avalon Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 Knight of Pentacles; he is the grounding, down-to-earth element when her emotions and intuitions are on turbo.
Thoughtful Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 The Queen of Cups would be more into using her intuition which works well for her, but when solving the crime she would need a level-headed King of Swords who would look more into the facts, and the how and why. A bit like a Miss Marple and Sherlock Homes duo :))
PageOfCups Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 King of Swords (because the Swords court represent proper law enforcement and the law, they're the real deal coppers). The Queen of Cups is the hippie-dippy woo-woo chick who calls herself a "vegetarian" (translation: pothead) they consult to when they're stumped: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychic_Detectives
Oumee Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 She would choose king of swords - because he is master of logic and he knows what to do and how to be successful in matter of logic. O. <3 <3 <3
