The King of Cups can help you the best in a crisis, for emotional support. If you want something done, you should go to the other Queens and Kings. The Pentacles are more for practical help, Swords for decisions and logic and the Wands are for actions.

Depends on the type of crisis.  If it is am emotional or spiritual crisis I think the Queen of Cups or Queen of Pentacles would be good to go to.  The King of Cups might also be helpful.

 

If it is a medical or financial crisis I would go with the King of Pentacles.

 

If it is legal or justice type related crisis I would go to the Queen and/or King of Swords

 

If it is a creative crisis I would go to any of the wands.

I would say it depends on type of crisis...if you need to find a way out of this problem - ten ask king or queen of swords...if you are in zero point and you need to move - ask K&Q of wands...if you have a problem with emotions - this is quest for cups family and pentacles are ready to help you if you need to settle or you are too much in love with unstability
