Recently, we have had a spate of people joining the site and immediately spamming members by PM. Because of this, we have had to restrict the ability to message other members.

This also means you cannot message a moderator until you get to 5 posts.

 

If you need help with something related to the forum, you are welcome to post a thread in this Tech Support area. This is more public support.

or post in this thread if you don't yet have 5 posts and one of the forum staff will message you to start a conversation where you can get forum support.

Another member of our household is trying to sign up for an account, but is unable to due to the limit of one account per IP address. Is there a way around this?
