Do <<No 3rd Party reading>> rules apply to public figures?

I assume they do--but I just wanted to double-check.

For example posting a reading on the marriage of a public figure is against the rules?

Yes the third-party rules apply to public figures. It's worth PMing one of us if you want to read on someone, to check the question, because sometimes we allow readings on their professional careers. Like, will they win the Oscar?

However with a marriage, this is a personal matter and would be against the rules.
