47. Which member of the Court requires the most 'alone time'?

 

Alone time means according to the dictionary time where a couple is alone and completely free to explore their sexual fantasies without having to worry about being interrupted! For me this looks like someone of the Cups Court. So I choose for the Knight of Cups. But the Knight of Wands also fits in here.

I'd be more inclined to go with Wands. ("Dr, Freud, Dr. Freud, paging Dr. Freud...")

The Knight of Cups is led by his heart. He's a romantic, but not much of a lech. More the type to put bae on a pedastal, almost (but not quite, lol) above defilement, lol.

Swords is all mind games and power plays. He likes a conquest. He'll move on after that unless his partner is the same way. If they're keeping each other a bit off-balance and not sure where they stand, that could translate to a LOT of alone time.

Pentacles is earth. Nuff said, lol.

 

I guess the point I'm trying to make is that it's probably pretty equal. But for different reasons.

If 'alone time' means 'being by oneself/without other people', then I'd go with the Cups suit. As sensitive introverts, they probably need the most time on their own to recharge, especially Knight and Page of Cups.

The Hermit is the major that is most associated with solitude and seclusion, and in the GD system it corresponds to the zodiac sign of Virgo, which I find very fitting. The 1st and 2nd decan of Virgo corresponds to the Knight of Pentacles while the 3rd answers to the Queen of Swords, which some call The Widow Queen. I think that both of them relish their me-time a lot.

As an only child I define alone time as time to myself.  With that definition in mind I think the Queen of Cups because she will need that time to revitalize and replenish her energy and soul to be able to remain as empathetic and giving as she likes to be.

I'm going to say Queen of Pentacles. She's a giver and nurturer from start to finish and she'd just keep going if she didn't have time to herself.

 

I think the Queen of Cups is just as likely to lose herself in daydreams and imaginings so that she'd feel like she was alone, even if she was with someone. lol. A bit disembodied. She's so flowy and comfortable in what would feel ungroundedness to others, but the Queen of Cups is rooted in reality. She has nowhere to retreat to.

For me, the suit of Swords are the introverts of the court so they're going to find social time most exhausting and need more time out to recharge.

I guess the answer is everyone from sword family. They need time for their thoughts, research, ideas, study. And they absolutely hate when someone disturbs them.

I wanted to say Queen of Cups, but I think the swords suit really require it, because of their nervous and anxious temperaments, even if they fear it or don't know it.

 

Maybe the Knight of Swords or the Page. The Queen too, to recover from the judge-y-ness of the world.

 

I'll go with the Knight because if he doesn't get it, it leads to his own destruction and burning bridges, when he doesn't rest and center.

Good thing I read the intro post since I have a different definition of "alone time". 😅

 

For me, out of all the courts the Queen of Pentacles is the true siren of sensuality. When it comes to pursuits of the flesh, she simply has no rival. 

 

The Knight of Wands with his passionate, ardent, all-consuming nature comes a far second.
