How to see the older topics I had posted in?

Need some assistance please

 

When I sign in at the extreme top right I see two options

1. Show unread posts since last visit

2.  Show new replies to your posts

 

How do I go about seeing old threads where I had posted since the above two options show only new replies  or unread posts, but nothing about going to an old post, which I had read but not replied in my previous visit

You can go to your profile and click 'Show posts' on the left panel. This shows all your posts on the forum.
