Jeri Totten?

Does anyone know what has happened to Jeri Totten?  I got her Distant Past Tarot late last year and was looking forward to her new one (can’t recall the name) but her website is closed and so is her Etsy shop.  I hope she is okay.

Oh no, that's worrying. I love the Distant Past Tarot. I have the poker size and large size. The one she was working on that was supposed to be released last year was Second Nature Tarot. It looked beautiful from the scans I saw. I hope she is ok too.

I have been wondering too, I searched for her last month and couldn' find here anywhere. She had released her Distant Past tarot in different sizes, and I know that she had another tarot deck almost ready to be published..... But I cannot find her.

And I also worried about not being able to find her anywhere.

If anybody knows if she is OK and if she can be reached somewhere, I'd love to know !

She has no Facebook page, her Instagram is shut down also. I did find one post in a selling group from a few days ago that refers to Jeri deciding not to sell decks anymore for reasons unknown.

Wow, what a bummer! I was really looking forward to Jeri‘s new deck. I like her Distant Past Tarot quite a lot, the blue colors are so vivid.

That is the kind of website you have to take with a whole salt shaker. I would not put any stock on it.

 

 

What could be worrying is the fact that she has gone dark. That's not unheard of, though.

I searched Facebook and she did used to have a page as an artist and was involved in the community but it's all been deleted!

She was also a member of many of the tarot groups on FB and disappeared and had in the past replied to discussions (with a now deleted account to her name)

 

I can see old things from her but her profile and accounts have all vanished  :(

Hi friends!

 

i just discovered this thread, and i am very confused/perplexed! [and admittedly a bit lovingly concerned!] We used to email each other every now and again over the last few years. And she also used to pop on to the Aeclectic Tarot Forum from time to time.  i loved promoting her decks when i could...

Last contact i had with her was last May. i will drop her an email later today, and see if i hear back.

 

ETA: i just sent Jeri an email. i am hoping that she just decided to take a break for a while...

BTW,i do remember that her beloved 16 year old dog was very sick in a lot of pain and passed away-this was the last time we were in contact last May. It was very difficult...sigh...

We did quite a bit of sharing during that week. i really like Jeri. She has always been so very sweet and thoughtful...

i really don't want to see these rumors, etc. get out of hand before we truly know what happened...

Its super cool that you gave us that statement from Jeri ! Thank you, and thank you to Jeri for taking the time to write this for us.

 

I shall miss her tarot and Lenormand decks. I have the Distant Past tarot in two sizes, and I was thinking that at some point I would have liked the tarot size and also one or two of her other decks. The Distant Past tarot is definitively one of those decks that I would have a backup for if I could ! A very pretty deck, wonderful reader, smart, beautiful, and so refreshing.

 

But well, it's also very cool if Jeri has new projects ! And I really wish her the best on her new endeavours !

 

I am glad to learn that her vanishing from the net was only due to this change of plans of her. That's a real relief.

 

I had interacted with her as a client on Etsy, and as a fellow member on AT, and she was so supersweet each time ! That makes me love my copy of the Distant Past even more, the good vibes she shared around her !

I hope she knows how much her Distant Past tarot deck is loved. It is the only deck of her that I own, but I know for a fact that it has quite a fan base,  this deck, and it very much deserves its popularity !

 

Thank you Jeri for these beautiful decks, and I wish you much luck and hapiness and success on your next projects !

i just discovered that one of my favorite online shops still has a few of Jeri's decks in stock at very reasonable prices! Lenormand and Oracle decks, no Distant Past Tarot....but still! These are great decks!

Well, thank you MoonGypsy ! You just made me discover a new web-boutique that looks very cool, and you gave me the opportunity to purchase one of Jeri's Lenormand, as had been my intention for quite a long time ! I had thought that her Etsy shop would always be there, but of course things change, people make new projects, and boutiques close !

I had a tough time deciding wich deck to take (for I am very difficult and peculiar with Lenormand decks, and here I could not have a glimpse of all the cards). In the end I opted for the Kitchy deck ; I have a feeling it is going to make me smile !
