Tarot Spreads I Came Across and Would Like to Try

I came across the following Everyday Spreads in a book entitled The Tarot Bible by Sarah Barlett. (Bartlett, Sarah. The Tarot Bible: the Definitive Guide to the Cards and Spreads. Sterling, 2006).

Thought I would post them here, under the fair usage clause. (They're big so we can read them properly).

Might be fun to try. :)

The Daily Practice one interests me.

Also, now I know why those pages look familiar. I also have that book! :D

What do you think of it as a whole, EK? Do you find the interpretation of the cards to be good?

Regarding the Tarot Bible book - the card meanings are pretty much OK. I use reversals tho, and it doesn't discuss those so it isn't exactly my go-to tome. I used it when I was studying my Golden Universal since it used images of the LoS Universal Tarot, which is just the Golden minus the metal foil.

Also, I like how it has LOTS of spreads. :)

That's what convinced me to buy yet another Tarot book.

I also came across a few really interesting spreads/exercises the other day. Will try to post them, here, this weekend.

I love The Tarot Bible, in particular how she splits the spreads up into themes: Everyday, Relationships, Revelation and Destiny.

I've had this for the best part of a decade and still dip into this book all the time it's really nicely laid out, simple but quite rich in depth of what it covers. I'd recommend it to any Tarot junkie or beginner alike but I agree with Empyrean Knight about reversals because I always use them too and it doesn't provide reversed associations in the card interpretations, it mentions if the card is in a blockage or obstacle position in a spread which gives an idea but still I find the interpretation section is good and fairly detailed if a little overreliant on trendy psychobabble sometimes, I personally like to combine it with the more traditional interpretations from older books but overall it's a great book!

I found the book while browsing at Chapters and something told me it would be a keeper. Great to see someone else appreciating it as much as I do. Even the card interpretations are great.

I like the "Mood of your day" spread. I might try that one when I wake up tomorrow. :)
