RavenOfSummer Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Well, it is FINALLY getting to be that time in the Northern Hemisphere! Springtime! I always love seasonal deck discussions, so I want to know- what decks do you like to work with in the spring? I would love to hear both your tarot and oracle spring favorites :D
Flaxen Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 In Spring I find myself drawn to nature decks such as Waking the Wild Spirit, Greenwood and the Green Man Tree Oracle. Ones where flowers and trees feature heavily and there is a suggestion of 'green'.
Whisper Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 I will be working again with the Journey into Egypt Tarot. It reminds me of Summer and so I feel it will lead me there. I like to use the Tarot of the Hidden Realm. I might also use my Green Witch Tarot. Oracle decks? My Earth Wisdom.
Jewel Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 I have been all into faeries and pagan decks as spring approaches so I think I will be exploring more decks of this nature during the spring. Decks I can see I will be working with this spring Tarot of the Hidden Realm, The Victorian Fairy Tarot, and the Every Day Witch.
AJ-ish/Sharyn Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Ostara Tarot https://www.google.com/search?q=ostara+tarot&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjygeH5x-fZAhVBy1QKHfA0AEoQsAQISQ&biw=1366&bih=637 It is a collaborative deck but they did a good job on it.
Page of Ghosts Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 It's so much snow here and it's been snowing all day, doesn't feel much like spring :( Won't complain too much, back home it used to sometimes be big piles of snow on our national day in mid-May and by late March here it's usually fairly bare so spring surely comes earlier for me now. I thought I'd be using my Wild Unknown and Ostara more during the winter as they feel kinda snowy and wintery, but I really haven't! Been feeling the urge to pull them out recently so I just might be using them as the winter fades away. Faeries could be fun for spring too. Joie the Vivre and Paulina might not be exactly faerie-themed but they have that vibe to them so I hope to use them soon too.
jema Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Ostara Tarot https://www.google.com/search?q=ostara+tarot&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjygeH5x-fZAhVBy1QKHfA0AEoQsAQISQ&biw=1366&bih=637 It is a collaborative deck but they did a good job on it. indeed sharyn, I love that deck. One i might actually buy. I only have the app for now.
Saturn Celeste Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 I don't really use decks seasonally. If I get a new deck I do a reading with that and I just love to visit my older decks at will. It's like spending time with old friends and new friends!
Lantana Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 While I don’t limit the decks I use to the seasons, there are a few decks that just “feel right” in spring. The Idiosyncradeck is a big one, and I’ll probably use it once I’m done with all the decks headed my way this month. The Sasuraibito, Prisma Visions, and Next World Tarot also read very spring/summer to me.
EmpyreanKnight Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 For me it's the Pagan Otherwolds, the Mystical, and the Golden Universal.
Raggydoll Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 I am thinking: Circo tarot, Napo tarot and Dame Darcy. Perhaps Sakki-Sakki as well. And there is no wrong time for Tarot of the Magical Forest <3
EmpyreanKnight Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Ostara Tarot Welp, the Ostara is a celebration of Spring, so I guess this doesn't come as a surprise. :) And there is no wrong time for Tarot of the Magical Forest <3 I heartily approve of this. <3
EmpyreanKnight Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 The Vernal Equinox is almost upon us. Let's all have a good one. :))
