Favorite flower or plant decks

Since it's the time of year when the plants return to life and the flowers start to blossom, the idea of working with flower decks and plant decks has been on my mind. I'd love to know what your favorites are!

I have one flower deck, Flowers of the Night Oracle. More of a summer feel than a spring feel, at least to me. The rest of the plant-themed decks I have are all tree decks: Tarot of Trees, Voice of the Trees oracle (an ogham-themed deck) and Wisdom of the Trees oracle.

So that's all I have. I know there was the Pythia Botanica that came out recently, that seems very popular...of course there's the Herbal Tarot, which seems like a wonderful deck...I don't know much about the Flower Speaks Oracle but whenever I see pictures of it it always draws me, but I know it's unfortunately long OOP.

Are these some of your favorite plant/flower decks? Are there others? Would love to hear people's thoughts!

Flower or plant decks are the only ones I don’t have in my collection. I would love to hear about some favourites, too, including oracles with  substance. I think some of these Tarot’s and oracles would make a great addition. Thanks, Raven, for starting this topic. :)

How about the Druid Plant Oracle? The cards look beautiful.

I don't have a flower/plant deck myself, but if I am to have one I'd like to have the soon-to-be-released Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle by Siolo Thompson, the creator of the Linestrider Tarot.

Looks beautiful, EK. Similar to the Pythia Botanica.

I wonder how well the Herbal Tarot does for someone who knows far more than I do about plants. I know very little, but I've seen a couple of things like Valerian on the 9 of Swords, where I get the connection. I don't often read RWS decks, and I don't find this one beautiful, but do sometimes find myself looking at it again (online) anyway.

Going outside the box, there's the oop but sometimes affordable Nature's Pharmacy Deck (50 cards), which wasn't created as an oracle. (I have a things for decks which weren't originally intended to be oracles.) If you like antique scientific drawings and would enjoy info on the back, there's a youtube review

. If I ever do get a plant deck, I'd probably go for something like this.

HERE is a (rather incomplete) list of flower decks. I'm surprised that there are so many!

I fell in love with Marlene Rudginsky's Flower Speaks Oracle when I saw some of the card art online, and spent almost a year tracking down a copy (alas, it's oop!) It's absolutely my favourite plant-themed deck of all time ^-^

This is a good question...I've been studying herbal medicine for a little under a year now, so if I had the deck I could give an opinion...from what I've heard though, it is supposed to be very well done and thought-out. Would like to get the deck at some point. I also like this Nature's Pharmacy Deck- I'd not seen that one before! Since it's more like flashcards that can be used as an oracle it remind me a bit of the Wild Medicine Herbal Deck which I have been admiring from afar.

Sigh, I am really drawn to this one too! I actually just posted an ISO over in the trading forum...hoping I will connect with one eventually. Glad to here you love it!  ^-^

I have several plant themed decks - if you don't mind oracle suggestions I do like this

Yes! I have the phone app version of this deck. The guide is very well-written as well.

Oh yes  <3 They do the Flowers of the Night which I have and love. I also have their Saltwater Reading Cards, and am pining after their Dreamtime Reading Cards by the same creator. The other Cheralyn Darcy decks are also beautiful!

I seem to be lacking in this category. It looks like the only botanical deck I have is my Jonasa Jaus deck. I love pulling it out and going through the cards, but I haven't worked with it since I haven't done any dedicated TdM studies.  I've really wanted the Ophidia Rosa deck for a while though, so I'm hoping to get that once my tax refund comes through  8)

I do also have all 3 editions of the Oracle of Oddities, and while not necessarily a flower deck, almost every card incorporates plant imagery.

I have quite a few Tree  decks :)

Tarot of Trees

Tree Woman Tarot

Das Baum Tarot - majors deck

Baumspiegel oracle

Celtic Tree oracle

Green man tree oracle

Tree magick

Maybe others LOL

How about Wild Green Chagalian tarot for it's plant associations on every card?

Some things you could just kick yourself for not getting.  This is one of things I'm kicking myself over.  Such a beautiful deck.  Have you checked out the price on Amazon for it?

i am very attracted to flower and plant decks, so i have quite a few... <3

i love every single one i have for different reasons, so it is really hard to narrow it down.

i think my top 4  favorites are my SoulFlower Oracle, Tree Wisdom Cards. Plant Ally Cards and my Flowers of the Night Oracle.

But as i mentioned, i love every single one i have for different reasons. i <3 They are all Oracle decks but one... The Only other Tarot deck i can think of is the Herbal Tarot, which i no longer have but am planning to re-purchase. The companion book is a must have to purchase with that deck--it is wonderful.

Here are the ones i have in my collection at the present time:

Ophidia Rosa Tarot--Leila and Olive

Botanical Inspirations--Lynn Araujo

Druid Plant Oracle----Worthington

Flowers of the Night Oracle

Green World Oracle--Jenks and Stanton

Carte Delle Streghe--Isa Donelli published by De Vecchi

Plant Ally Oracle-Lisa McLoughlin

Power of Flowers Oracle Deck--Isha Lerner

Pythia Botanica Oracle--Leila and Olive

Soulflower Plant Spirit Oracle Deck--Lisa Estabrook

Tree Wisdom Cards-Lisa McLoughlin

Victorian Flower Oracle Set--Baba Studios/MRP

Voice of the Trees--Mickie Mueller

There is another cute oracle i used to have called: The Flower Speaks. It might be OOP now, i am not sure...

Yes I have and that is INSANE.  I got it when it was released so thankfully I got it a normal price.
