MoonGypsy Posted May 12, 2018 Author Posted May 12, 2018 Yay! i am happy to report that my package is on the way to the USA!!! ;D <3
Penthasilia Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 I waffled- as you can see by the timing. But when I saw the spare Lovers card, I decided to get this deck (since I needed a new purse, and I was sucked into looking at it). So- since a few of you have had yours for a while- how do you like it? Does it read well? I know the cardstock on the Baba decks is sublime- so that is never a question for me. I gifted my Fairytale a while ago because it was too hard to read with it- but I love my Tarot of Prague and Bohemian Gothic decks from them.
Penthasilia Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 Worth every penny- Baba decks are some of the best made decks out there- and with the foil- there is really nothing that comes close.
Flaxen Posted September 3, 2018 Posted September 3, 2018 It’s absolutely worth it! I have the Fairytale too and you do need to be familiar with the stories. The Victorian Romantic deck can be read straight out the box if you are familiar with the RWS. The companion book is excellent too.

I am don't have this version of the deck, but I do have the VR Gold and I love it. The only Baba tarot deck I do not own a version of is the Alice Tarot, and I hope to get that some day. I also love their companion books. Baba decks are worth every penny!
MoonGypsy Posted October 2, 2018 Author Posted October 2, 2018 It's so pretty! And so expensive! :P It is gorgeous, and compared to other self published decks, definitely not expensive. [iMHO] Baba decks are some of the highest quality decks ever created, and i have been a staunch/relentless enthusiast for more than 11 years... <3
