Il Tarocco di Besancon

I kinda enabled myself and just bought the Il Tarocco di Besancon from Il Meneghello! The only place I could find it is here: https://tarotbg.eu/index.php?id_product=292&controller=product&id_lang=1

 

That deck looks marvellous! It's inspired by the Tarot of Marseille, but it is its own version, from Besançon. In short, it is a Tarot of Marseille, but with Jupiter and Juno substituting for the Papesse and Pope. Hey, I’m late to the party, but I just ordered this deck, too! From Collectarot.com (have always loved this store).  I really enjoy decks of this style and the Besancon really has some unique imagery and color. Can’t wait to run through it in person, but I’ve never regretted an Il Menenghello.  Do you like the Tarot di Jaques Devielle?  Also a very cool one with a handful of uncommon Trump illustrations.  They are fun to read with, although I’m still really figuring out how I want to read pips...

l do not own this particular deck. 

But l do have the adorable and quirky 1JJ Swiss deck.  l have had this for ages and would not part with it for anything.
