RavenOfSummer Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 I wasn't sure whether this should go in tarot or oracle...but as these cards can be used with the Pagan Otherworlds I decided to put it in tarot. Uusi is releasing a limited edition set of holographic Luna Cards. They have the same backs as the Pagan Otherworlds and can be added to the deck. I don't have the Pagan Otherworlds myself, but these look very pretty! Now on pre-order, shipping begins in August: https://uusi.us/products/uusi-holographic-luna-cards?variant=8229350735933

The cards already have 5 Luna cards, only they are goldish. i like this new limited edition version and since they are only $10, i will probably order a set.
Venus Rising Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 You had me at holographic ;D I don't have the Pagan Otherworlds deck, but I want these. <3 I am curious how one would use these cards. I had told myself that I didn't want Pagan Otherworlds because the pips aren't illustrated, but I just looked at it again...and now I want it LOL.

I plan to just keep them as a collectible, they'll go on my shelf where I can look at them or I could use them for time questions. For example, what time of the month type of questions. I just ordered the holographic limited edition and there was no shipping for me! I can handle 2 bucks a card. :) I did just look at the Otherworlds deck and I am still cold with it BUT I preordered this: https://uusi.us/collections/viewall/products/supra-oracle?variant=41973557064 At least I have a couple of months to save my money for the deck, it comes out in August.
Venus Rising Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 That's a great idea! I am going to order them then and do the same :) I think I am just on a deck buying spree lately, which is probably why TODAY I want the Pagan Otherworlds.... LOL That oracle looks cool! It's always great when you have time to plan for decks. Makes the more pricey decks seem less pricey that way haha. Or, at least I tell myself that ;)
EmpyreanKnight Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 The Pagan Otherworlds is one of the most beautiful decks I've ever come across, and it's such a joy to handle too. I don't use its Luna cards in my readings, but they're nice to have. I think that they might also be used in some timing questions if one develops a personal system for them. That said, I like bright and shiny things, and this thread has enable me some lol.
Saseena Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 ...I had told myself that I didn't want Pagan Otherworlds because the pips aren't illustrated, but I just looked at it again...and now I want it LOL. The pips are illustrated, but are very subtle compared to other decks. For instance, the 4 of pentacles has a small, closed trunk sitting under a tree, and a small key on the ground in another corner. I have this deck, and it is the most extraordinarily beautiful deck I've ever seen! It's somewhat pricey, but when I saw the overall quality and design when I received it, I was thrilled with it.

Good to know about the pips, thanks!
