When I look at this Fool, I think of my last job, which lasted 13 years. Almost from the first day, I couldn't wait to get away, but I kept staying for the security. Seeing this Fool makes me wish I'd walked out and taken a chance on myself. The Fool's co-worker in the background reminds me of my old pals: "Stop, you can't leave like that! What will you do?!" Me: I don't know, but I won't be doing it here... (I wish.)

 

I love seeing the traditional symbols (rose, butterfly, bird, sun), but the new ones are the most interesting to me. My favorites are the cat wearing a Romany bandana (showing he's ready to move on), and the spilled pail of blue paint transforming into a running river.

We do seem to get stuck in our lives Squee like you with your job. 

 

This card appears quite optimistic, he seems happy to move forward.  But he has not stepped over the threshold yet.The bird flying overhead is an indication and a pointer for the man in showing the way. The horse in the field below shows energy and movement, is it saying when you land and take the risk, you can ride on my back and we can explore life together and have an adventure. The butterfly over his hand shows he is ready for the transformation of a new pathway ahead.  But he has not taken hold of it yet,  so he is still in the  'shall l, shan't l'  mode of thinking.

 

The cat looks up at him, did it knock the tin over deliberately, is this another indication of going forward.  The cat is ready for the journey as you say. Has the cat knocked the tin over to say you don't need this anymore.  All the animals, bird and butterfly seem to be willing to move him onwards. 

 

It has been raining hence the dark clouds, but the sun has appeared and gives a lovely rainbow, another indication that life can change for the better.
