Oh, what style do I like? I don't know yet, I guess.

I like pretty things, so it helps if I find the cards pleasing to look at. Pretty illustrations and colours are lovely. But the symbolism is more important than pretty. I think some of the very pretty and minimalistic decks could loose some of the symbolism and meaning of the cards.

The Thelema deck is a gorgeous deck.  And it flows wonderfully with beautiful colors.  Also the Healing Light Tarot is wonderful!  They both are RW system.

If you like vampires, the Tarot of the Vampyres is lovely

Thank you so much everyone for all the suggestions! There are SO many decks to choose from!

I like the Darkness Tarot! The Golden Thread Tarot is also very pretty. And yesssss, I do like vampires :D

So many choices, so little money to spend.  O:-)

I recently picked up the Ethereal Visions Illuminated deck, which to me is the perfect balance of beautiful, elegant, and yet detailed enough to be readable.

There's a soon-to-be-released deck called the True Black Tarot which looks fascinating, although maybe not exactly my style.

There are SO MANY amazingly beautiful decks; each one an artistic endeavor.

It really depends on what you''re looking for.

If you still want to follow RWS, I LOVE the Mucha Tarot by Lo Scarabeo for its romanticism and use of women in the decks; it very closely follows RWS. The card stock isn't that great, but it's not very expensive and it's really lovely.

However, if cost isn't an issue, I would purchase one from Baba Studios, as has already been mentioned in this thread. They really do make some of the most exquisite decks. And their cardstock is the best. Tarot of Prague fairly closely follows RWS, though Victorian Romantic is my favorite for its beauty.

my personal favorite is morgan greer! i feel silly because it's a true RWS deck but the imagery captivates me. i love it.

i also found this lady's decks recently: https://www.rebeccaschoenecker.com/

some of them are SO simple but i love the artwork! it takes you back to the basics and the purity of childhood. i don't really even do oracle cards but her creatures of the moon deck is so appealing that i might have to give it a go. creature on one side, moon phase on the other.
