I was surfing on the Kickstarter website and found that rather impressive Demon-Possessed Tarot!  >:D

It's highly focused on Goetia but hey, that looks good! Now I'm struggling with either I do pledge or not... Do any of you here pledged for the deck already?

This is exactly up my alley, Morsoth. Excellent find! I've been reading on the 72 Goetic demons and their correspondences with the pips. I'm curious about the creator's attributions.

 

I see that it has the demonic seals from the Lesser Key of Solomon. Not all of the images were from the Dictionnaire Infernale which doesn't have all the 72 spirits anyway so I'm curious about his sources. Also: the references he stated in the Campaign are superb! Would check them all out.

 

I have the delicious Lucifer's Tarot which altho it features 105 demons is more of an oracle. This one has direct correspondences with the 78 cards of the Tarot tho. I just hope that the creator would release it outside of Kickstarter tho, seeing how successful it is.

Hmm, where to start!  I have the Daemon Tarot deck found here:

The images are really similar because of the source there just isn't that much artwork on demons.  I can tell you this, I use this deck as cautionary warnings in my readings.  It is an oracle deck, not tarot like what you're looking at but wow, it's really hard to read even as an oracle deck.  Some of those demons are really badass (I think some are baby eaters but I could be wrong) and not necessarily what I want to have for my tarot readings.  As a cautionary deck it is wonderful and I do use it often.  If you are unsure about the demons I suggest you can try the oracle deck but since there's a time limit that's up to you.  I'm sure the reading technique is very different and that would make a difference but I know what the cards in my deck look like and honestly I could not do a serious reading with them. That's just my opinion!!!  Does not mean you or someone else would be able to read them as tarot cards just fine.  I love the artwork and the cards are fascinating but this deck falls in the category of my H.R. Giger tarot.  I LOVE Giger but I found the deck really hard to use because even though I love the art, they were too busy and too disturbing for an actual tarot reading.

It is, Saturn! The Daemon Tarot looks great too, and the price is very attractive. I think the images were all taken from the book by de Plancy, tho I'd have to check it out in its entirety to be certain

Thanks Saturn! Wow, I think I prefer the Daemon "Tarot"! Love the look of the cards and it comes with a book, and it's way cheaper! I added it in my wish list and it's probably my next purchase! :)
