Resuming of the Mystical Cats Tarot study!

Hello all, I have the pleasure to announce that I'll be resuming my beloved Mystical Cats Tarot study group on this very forum!  ;D

 

I was already half-way through (on ATF), so I will copy-paste the cards I've done over the course of a couple of weeks. Hopefully, this will give time to people who might be interested in joining and commenting to do so a bit at a time, instead of having a hugh wall of posts appear all of a sudden!

 

When I'll be done with the copy-pasting, I should be ready to resume the study and will most likely post at the same rhythm I used to, which was an average of 2 cards per week / 8 cards a month.

 

I guess I can do a bit of an introduction to the deck for people who are not familiar with it.  ;)

 

The author of the deck is Lunaea Weatherstone, a really kind person who sometimes commented on the study group threads over at AT. The illustrations are by Mickie Mueller. Both did an amazing job in bringing to life a deck filled with lovable cats who totally act very 'cat-like', while living in a parallel world really similar to ours, but with a touch of cat magic.

I will try to add pictures of the cards when available. It might be worth mentioning that the Fool's Dog is offering this deck as an app as well, complete with the whole companion book!  :) I find this to be a good bargain when you are not sure about liking a deck or not yet. Otherwise this deck is still in print and quite easy to find, I recommend it whole-heartedly to all cat lovers!

I'm finally done with the copy-pasting of the cards that were already done! Now it's finally time to get back to work for me, after a 3.5 months break!  :o

 

There are 26 cards left, so exactly a third of the deck!

 

If you're reading this, don't hesitate to comment, ask questions or start a discussion about the deck or any card!  :)

I really liked your study threads! I read most of them and, wow, what a lovely deck!  ;D

 

So, usually, before I read the threads, I tried to search for an image of the card on google, observe the image and study the card with your comments  ;D

 

I found it really helpful in developing my own intuition so much! And I do like the cats :-*

At first I wanted to put images of the cards in my threads, but then I realized I couldn't find good quality or format of images for most of them, so I abandoned that idea. Eventually if I find a way to have all of them standardized, I will do that!
