Any suggestions for bright decks?

Same here, I think that I have too many dark decks and should get more bright decks to balance them.

Among the decks that I use, the Golden Tarot by Kat Black has a very light, positive feel. Not all the cards are bright of course, but while it doesn't sugarcoat its messages, it feels more uplifting than most. Because it's a collage of Medieval/Renaissance art from the Western canon, it does have Christian overtones.

How about Vivid Journey Tarot?  I think it's pretty and a happier sort of deck.

And oh, before I forget. There are a raft of Angel Decks if they're up your alley.

I have the Guardian Angel Tarot, and you can't get any more positive than that lol. It's admittedly saccharine and it has a paragraph of meanings right there on the card, but it works really well for me so I like it a lot.

Animal Wisdom Tarot is my go-to light and kind deck.

Ha yes, there are a number of Doreen Virtue Tarot decks with different styles of art but all are designed to be totally non-frightening, safe and positive in all ways. The RWS meanings are still visible if you're familiar with them but there are no upsetting words like "Death, Devil" and so on O:-).

Ooh, I like this deck! :) The artwork reminds me a bit of the Happy Tarot, which I love.

This is a nice deck. :) And I like having a paragraph of meanings on the card to help me out. This looks like it would work well as an oracle deck too.

Doreen Virtue's decks are beautiful. It kinds of annoys me though that she calls her Angel Tarot the first "safe" Tarot. What does that even mean?

The Joie de Vivre is another deck  :)

Another good one :).  I have Paulina Cassidy's Paulina Tarot, and I love that one.

Paulina Cassidy's "Spiritsong Tarot" is a lovely choice if you enjoy spirit animals:

I love animals, so I will definately check this one out! Thank you for the recommendation. :)

I found the Everyday Witch to be very "upbeat".  The deck really surprised me (in a good way).  It is a serious tarot deck but has a way of looking at things that leads to motivating you instead of depressing you.  Not sure that makes any sense, but basically good deck and upbeat way of delivering messages.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. The Everyday Witch Tarot is very upbeat, and it's presented in a beautiful box with a fully colored companion book.

If you're looking for something that's also brightly colored, but a little different, check out the Mystic Mondays Tarot. And if you want more info, Benebell Wen did a nice review of it on her blog.

Pearls of Wisdom tarot!

Also the Sakki-Sakki.

And the Fountain is perhaps more serene than upbeat, but it still feels very positive :)

I second the suggestion of The Good Tarot.

For another positive and bright deck, I'd also recommend the Considerate Cat tarot. Just looking through that deck makes me so happy.

Aside from some already listed, like the Joie de Vivre and the Paulina, I'd suggest The Dreaming Way Tarot (http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/dreaming-way/). It is a bright, happy, yet surprisingly deep deck. Even the backs make me smile.

And there is of course the Bohemian Baroque Cats Tarot: http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/baroque-bohemian-cats/. It's gorgeous, it's cute, it's... cats! And it packs a mean punch. It's as hard to find as the Dreaming Way is easy, but it is worth every sacrifice. This is the only Baba deck of which I own every single edition. It is THAT special to me.
