No button to mark forums read

My favorite theme is the astronomy theme- and had it for a while with no issues. Recently I noticed that the button to mark forums read is no longer there for this theme and so have had to switch.

 

Is there something I can do to make this come back?

 

ETA: the button is still there for me on all the other themes, it is just the astronomy one that isn't working for me.

oh he means on the main page, yup I don't see one on astronomy

Thanks for checking that- I use Google chrome and figured that is a pretty mainstream browser to have something not work on it.

 

I am surprised no one else is noting this? It makes me hopeful for an easy solution.

Aha, my footer plugin is doing a weird thing on this theme.  I'll put the copyright elsewhere and we'll see if it will return!  One moment <3
