Samhain Lenormand 2017 Edition by Seven Stars

Hello All!

 

i heard from my friend Elaine this morning [seven Stars] and she is working on the 2017 edition of the Samhain Lenormand.

 

She gave me permission to post about it and show a few samples.

 

Here is the email i received from her:

 

"Here's a few of the Lenormands. It's a limited edition. I wanted it to be all fall colors....lots of yellows & oranges, falling leaves from trees, a lot of hints at Samhain but not a full every single card is halloween kind of thing. With the birds I wanted it to be like, "empty nest syndrome"....by fall, all the baby birds have left the nest. And of course, bats in the belfry for the Tower, stuff like that. Should have it available some time next month - plenty of time for the fall season.  Feel free to share this if you want to, I may not have time to get on the forums.  Thought I'd give you a first "sneak peak".  I'm making 2 versions of it - this is the minimalist version, then I'm making one that has the card inserts & titles as well.  Card back will be the same as the Samhain Deck of the Bastard, unless someone wants something different, & I'll include treat cards."

I LOVE Seven's decks... but - the coffin style this year just doesn't do it for me.  :-*

Wow! I've thought to myself that I don't feel like I want as many Lenormand decks as I do tarot... but I might want to treat myself to this deck. It's so pretty and I love the coffin borders on the front and the skull backs  :-*

I'm not sure which version I like better, the with inserts or the minimalist. It seems like the images with the inserts version are brighter.

 

I just ordered the Inserts version! ;D This is my first new Lenormand! Very exciting!

I'm not big on Halloween. but this looks interesting. I'm going to enjoy getting to know this one.
