Sometimes life can seem completely overwhelming.  When I feel this way, I like to go for a walk in the park, which helps to clear my head.  This spread is to help you take stock of things, and see that even in the midst of great stress, you can still find beauty in your world.

1. Cobblestone Path - The pieces that are starting to come together to help you move forward.

2. Grass - A source of nurturance and support that's right at your feet, but you're taking for granted.

3. Squirrel 1 - The resources you have stored up that will help you through the hard times.

4. Bench - What you need to sit down and take a rest from.

5. Fountain - Something that will give you an emotional lift.

6. Squirrel 2 - How you can bring more playfulness into your life, even when you feel small, and the world seems so big and overwhelming.

7. Shade Trees - Something that can help protect you from the harshest elements that you're facing.

8. Pigeons - Something that may seem like a nuisance, but will fly away from you once you face it.

9. Picnic Table - How spending quality time with your family and friends can help feed your soul.

10. Flowers - Something beautiful that's blooming in your life.
