How do you start a thread in tarot exchanges when you’re new?

I’ve just started back to tarot and would like to practice the Major Arcana by offering one card readings in exchange for feedback.  How do I start a new thread so I can do so?  Thanks so much!

I think for new users, and old users as well, there is a need for 5 posts before you can do exchange.
