is angel cards are same as tarot cards. or any difference between both of these cards? :-\

There are angel oracle cards and angel-themed tarot cards I think. In general, tarot is whatever has a fixed structure of 22 cards as major arcana and 56 as minor arcana, 78 total. Some authors and artists make one or two extras, but the traditional structure is this. Oracle cards can be of any number and as far as I know they're not devided in majors and minors, suits and court cards. I hope this helped.

Yes as River[/member] pointed out, tarot is a category of its own with specific definitions and a traditional structure. What is usually referred to as ‘angel cards’ are angel themed oracle decks. Oracle decks can have any amount of cards, and while most of them don’t have a system (like ‘pips’ or ‘majors’) some of them do (for instance Animal spirit oracle have a very tarot like structure). There are also tarot decks with angel themes as well but those are rarely described as ‘angel cards’.
