What are your favorite decks for self-discovery?

Two of my favorite Tarot books are Tarot For Yourself by Mary K. Greer, and Tarot For Self-Discovery by Nina Lee Braden.  Both books have exercises that help you to get to know yourself better.  I like to use the Shapeshifter Tarot for things like this, since to me the deck represents throwing off your old view of yourself, and finding your true inner being.  Which decks do you like to use when you're on a journey of self-discovery?

I have and love both of these books.  I have used a variety of decks actually.  With Tarot for Self-Discovery it just really depends on the exercise.  Some decks I have used or would use include:

I second Tarot of the Crone. Lately, I've been using the Asherah, which is great for self-discovery, but it is Thoth-based, if that makes a difference.

It's nice to see a deck based on traditional African beliefs.  You don't see many of those.
