I find these questions very interesting and thought it would be fun to answer them here too!

[sandy]: I've only had decks I feel neutral about in my hands. So "negative" doesn't apply. When I was younger (like, way, WAY young) I sometimes came up against people I thought were negative, handling decks. But that's all, in my experience (so far!).

N/A. But there are some decks I just don't like working with. No judgement. Just personal interacting, in terms of energies.

I also don't worry so much about this. (God help anyone who tries to put a negative spell on me. Lol.) Seriously, though: I do need to cleanse my decks, as they get tired. So do I!

No! I read for other people. See above: Cleansing is needed.

Never. My Cat People is SERIOUSLY old and in bad shape. I just can't bear to not have it around, though I never read from it anymore.

This is debatable for me. I can't say I've ever seriously taken to a used deck, but then, truth told, I don't respond to many decks, period.When you know, you know.
