This post is so darn funny I just had to include it!  Enjoy!

Sometimes we take great care when choosing the cards - we invoke a spirit, we light candles, we shuffle this way and that (not that way silly! never shuffle like that!), and then we choose... or lay them out, desperately hoping that this ritual will allow the "angels who line up the cards" enough time to fly down and get to work.

I've been known to pass my hands over the cards waiting to feel a "tug" of energy showing me that this is the right card...

This is how we make sure we get..... The Right Cards.

But....

what if...

what if.. maybe...

you got ...

the...

(brace yourself)

(hear the theme from "Jaws")

the WRONG cards!

BEEP BEEP BEEP RED ALERT! You picked just one to the left of the energy tug. Sorry. You pulled the wrong card! Its the Tower and you were supposed to pick the Two of Cups! Toooo late now buddy, instead of meeting your true love this weekend, you're going to be up (bleep) creek without a paddle...

Well? Do you ever get the Wrong Cards?

Oh yeah? How would you ever know? Be honest.

Is there such a thing as the wrong cards?

No there is no such thing, as far as I am concerned.  ^-^

I agree with Raggydoll here - I don't think there are any 'wrong cards'.  The cards you/querent needs right now will come up!  I have no logical explanation for this other than experience, I don't understand it, but I'm happy to work with that.

Yuh. Every card you pick is the right card.

No, there is no such thing as the wrong card.  If you don't like the card that came up, you just have to accept reality and realize that it is what it is.  Try to find a way to spin it so that you can find something positive in it.

Funny post  ;D

But actually I believe we can draw "wrong" cards. When the querent is too biased or wants desperatly to have a positive card, I think they can be drawn to the energy of such cards and have an overly positive reading. It's like they "know" where the 2 of cups is. I've experienced it myself in the past with self readings. I was not objective enough at that time to read for myself but also to draw card for myself.
