Here is a heads up that Ellen Lorenzi-Prince has decided to move on to new projects and let her two really popular tarot decks go out of print. Beth at Little Red Tarot has stocked up on the last available decks and as of now there are still some left. So if you have been contemplating purchasing either of these two decks then don't wait any longer!

Those are both such great decks! I’m very glad I’ve got mine. It’s a shame they are being discontinued but I understand her wanting to move on to new projects.

Beth wrote that one of Ellen's new projects are yet another tarot deck, so that is pretty exciting! But yes, it is really sad to see these two go out of print. They are such unique and powerful decks. I am really glad to have them both in my collection.

Oh my goddess, i hadn't heard about this. :eek: i am soooo grateful that i have both decks. i also am filled with gratitude that i have 2 Tarot of the Crone sets- i have the very rare and wondeful handmade first edition and the 3rd edition. i have Ellen 's other decks as well [including her Kali Major Arcana Prayer Cards] i have been a huge admirer of Ellen for many years. She is a very talented and special lady. If you are financially able, and have been thinking about eventually purchasing Tarot of the Crone and/or Dark Goddess--please! Don't hesitate any longer. These decks are so incredibly special! <3

 

P.S. i am very excited to hear that Ellen is working on a new Tarot deck?! Any additional info about that would be appreciated. i will also be writing to Ellen...

I don’t think that many people know about this yet. I got Beth’s newsletter a couple of hours ago and she mentioned this at the end of the email. When I clicked on the link I came to the page I shared in my first post. If Ellen does tell you anything more about her new project, then please share with us!

I’ve been following Ellen (and Arnell!) for a long time, thank you for the reminder! I have (like you) the original first print of the deck (TotheCrone) because I searched it every day on eBay for many months and finally it came up! And I have the current printing and two DG, one of which I gave my daughter with the amazing guidebook. I felt since I’d been reading with it it was time for her to benefit from Ellen’s wisdom.

 

Ellen is so amazing, her artwork is so powerful and her writing is not to be missed. I have experienced profound transformations while utilizing her decks/books. I credit Ellen and Arnell with getting me out of my deep, dark shell and learning to paint and draw. I was so inspired (especially by the Strength and 9 of Disks card in DG) to go ahead and take classes. Now I paint and draw every day passionately whereas before I could barely draw a stick figure.

 

I’m so grateful Ellen and Arnell made the decks available for as long as they have. And I agree with you, if Ellen shares about her current Celtic Goddess, or anything else she is working on, please post! This tells me she must need to focus her attention on her next project to bless us with!

So Tarot of the Crone didn't really appeal to me, but I did just order the Dark Goddess Tarot from her website. X-D Really digging the Santa Muerte image and Maman Bridgette. :love: I really like the Black Madonna, too. I wish we could revive the study group.
