I'm sure many see changes since they first started becoming interested in tarot.

I was wondering how your journey (and your perspective) has changed since starting and where you see your path continuing and how. Granted, we don't know til we get there, but what do you hope to have gained, or improved upon, a year from now, five years, regarding tarot, or how tarot affects your life in general?

This is an interesting question for me.  Where DO I expect to be with the cards?  Well, for one thing, I hope I'm not in an urn in five years  with or without my cards.  X-D

As for where I'll be with my cards, I just hope I'll still be reading with the Everyday Enchantment, (and the Gilded Reverie and Fin de Seicle) as a professional. It would be nice if I were able to actually count on a certain extra income each month.

I started working with Tarot over 20 years ago, and the first 10 I was totally confused trying to figure it out until I found AT and finally got a grip on it and gained confidence.  In the last year, here in this community, I feel like I have really blossomed as a reader by putting myself out there and joining reading circles.  I have dedicated time and attention to decks and expanded the number of decks I am very comfortable reading with, started writing Tarot Reviews regularly with decks I have actually worked with, and even gained the confidence to mentor others and help them avoid all the nonsense and confusion I experienced during my first 10 years.  Where would I like to go??? the possibilities are endless.  I like to become a "professional" tarot deck reviewer (meaning working with decks and reviewing them endlessly) and maybe even be invited by a publisher to do so for one of their decks.  I would love to really get into teaching beginner to intermediate tarot and maybe even write a book/workbook to help others avoid the pit falls I made in my first 10 years.  When I retire from my job I would love to read Tarot in a metaphysical store, metaphysical fair, or Rennaisance Festivals.   I would love to attend Tarot conferences and events, but that is not something I see as a real possibility any time in the near future but is on my bucket list.
