Saturn Celeste Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 I love it! It's the kind of a deck I'd like to use down here in Florida when it's really hot, pull that deck out and cool down!
reall Posted December 22, 2018 Author Posted December 22, 2018 ha ha! Agree! it's like *instant Christmas reading!:D
Thoughtful Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 Love it! Great idea and beautifully coloured
Asher Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 I so want to like this...the coloring is beautifully wintery. But the re-drawn cards are just jarring next to Pixie's wonderful art. No matter how careful an artist tries to be faithful, it simply falls flat. This one's not for me... :(
Starlight Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 It's a cute deck - I love Santa Claus as the Emperor. lol The winter weather does give the original cards a very different feel and energy. The postures of the figures, plus what they're doing add a different nuance to the cards that the original artwork doesn't have. If they do go ahead with the printable pdf format, I might consider getting it, but I think the readings would be better if I read for situations where the winter theme is apt.

This one's not for me... :( Ha ha! so glad we have De-Enabler here with so many temptations!:) my main *reason against(when I need to talk my self out of deck!:) is; if i think i would not read with it except for this time of year/winter holiday season (or without a cup or 2tea with rum!^^;) but not sure it'll work here, this author one of my fav publisher!:D It's a cute deck - I love Santa Claus as the Emperor. lol The winter weather does give the original cards a very different feel and energy. reall Posted December 24, 2018 Author Posted December 24, 2018 I BOUGHT it. And I do like it, so there :) regardless of lack of rum in your tea?;) ugh,, definitely wrong season to have this dilemma!:)
reall Posted December 25, 2018 Author Posted December 25, 2018 Rum in tea is vile. In COFFEE, now.... :) or cookies!^^ fact is it goes well in holiday season!^^ lolz
