I've been lurking on here for a while, and finally started an account because I wanted to get more involved with the rich knowledge here on the forum.

 

My Mom had a few tarot decks that I grew up playing with and I re-connected with tarot about 6 years ago. I really only use them for myself at this point, mainly for personal development and connecting to my intuitive side. I also love collecting decks a bit too much.

 

I'm still too shy/anxious to do readings for other people. It's really an introvert problem. And a perfectionist problem.  I want to really know what I'm doing before going public, but I think that's holding me back a LOT. I've only recently started telling people that I own tarot decks and study it at home.

 

Hopefully I can start with discussions on this forum and then branch out to meeting other tarot folk who live near me.  I know there's a thriving tarot community in Los Angeles! I just need to get out there.
