Raggydoll Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 This is a feminist deck that was first printed in 1984. It became a classic and it is now made available again. Little Red Tarot has it up for pre-order with expected shipping in january: https://littleredtarot.com/product/theas-tarot/
Raggydoll Posted December 27, 2018 Author Posted December 27, 2018 Oh that looks interesting! It could definitely be a great addition to a professional readers collection but I’m sure many will want it for personal readings as well.
AJ-ish/Sharyn Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 is this authorized by the original artist/author? Just curious, 1984 was a long time ago.
Raggydoll Posted December 28, 2018 Author Posted December 28, 2018 is this authorized by the original artist/author? Just curious, 1984 was a long time ago. Yup. It clearly says that the author/creator has granted permission for this reprint to be done. If you click on the link I provided you can read this and more. Quite interesting to hear about how the first edition came to be!
Lantana Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 I have a '84 copy that was sold through this same publisher (from Ruth West's stock) and I love it. Probably my second favorite deck. I want to buy a back-up copy- something I swore I'd never do! :bugeyed: -since I've been nervous about taking my copy on trips and such. I'll have to see if I can bear Canada to US shipping cost again, though. Maybe a vendor will stock it stateside?

If you click on that link it says what publishing house it is, then you can perhaps contact them to find out what retailers they have in the states!
