There are a wealth of decks due to be released in 2019 - including some delayed from this year.

Which ones are you most looking forward to?

I’m excited about:

The Alice reprint

The Blood Moon Tarot

The Bonestone and Earthflesh Tarot

Visconti Modrone - LS Kickstarter

The Blood Moon Tarot and the Bonestone and Earthflesh Tarot are on my list too! I've pre-ordered both of those, along with Monica Knighton's Stolen Child Tarot. I am really looking forward to all three. The Blood Moon is really different from anything else in my collection. It might be a challenging deck for me to read with, but I love the art and that fact that to me it has kind of a sci-fi feel. The Bonestone I pre-ordered at the last minute before it sold out, and I'm glad I did. The Stolen Child will be my first faerie-related deck. I'm hoping I can use it to join Shivani[/member] and Jewel[/member]'s faerie circle once I get it  ^-^

My plan is to limit myself to buying only 3 decks next year in addition to those I've pre-ordered  So that means I have to be judicious. One slot is for sure reserved for the Forest of Enchantment Tarot. I already know that is going to become one of my favorite decks. It's supposed to be published by Llewellyn in the fall, no date yet.

The Abyss Tarot is also on my list, although it's not clear whether it will be published next year now. Ana Tourian was planning to publish it independently, but it's now with US Games so I'm guessing it will depend on their publication schedule. But I'm hoping we could see it late 2019.

I am likely reserving a third slot for the Herbcrafter's Tarot, though I need to see more of it before I can be sure. Some images have been released on Instagram, but only a handful so far. But the idea of this deck is very much up my alley.

The Forest of Enchantment looks amazing too!

The good thing about this thread is finding other decks to add to the wish list.

And the bad thing about this thread is finding other decks to add to the wish list...the never ending wish list.  The more I use it up, the bigger it grows!

M.M. Meleen (Rosetta & Tabula Mundi) is working on the majors for a new deck. If she releases anything in 2019, I'll be on that like a duck on a junebug.

ETA: Deck title will be Pharos Tarot

Whoops, I forgot to name the decks...

The Abyss, definitely

The Museum Quality Sola Busca, probably

Bonestone and Earthflesh, possibly (if some become available)

The Sea and Sand Isidore Tarot Spring Edition if it's the last thing I do

Ancestral Path is being reprinted by US Games in 2019.

This does look interesting. I haven’t come across it before - thanks for sharing. :)

This was my first proper reading deck and I loved it but I do wonder how it will be received now. It feels very much of its time but perhaps that’s because it was so strongly linked to that period for me.

I'm bummed because the Malpurtis deck will never be finished because the artist passed away.

Blood Moon, Stolen Child, True Black...and Leeza Robertson's Mermaid tarot! I'm so excited to see a deck illustrated by Julie Dillon!

The Forest of Enchantment too, of course. I'm dying to see more of the card art!

I am so looking forward to The Little Prince Tarot! One of my favorite books since I took a college French seminar on St. Exupery (the author).  <3

The art looks as charming as the story, just hope the whole comes together as a Tarot. But it will become part of my collection nontheless.

The Crooked Way Gothic Tarot from Duck Soup just hit Kickstarter, and should be ready June 2019.

True Black and Blood Moon for sure, and the Visconti Modrone. I also can't wait for The Muse Tarot by Chris-Anne. There's lots of Kickstarter decks I'm looking forward to getting, since it's pretty much the only way I know about decks BEFORE they're released. I'm looking forward to collecting the rest of the announced Anima Antiqua decks from LoS.

The Blood Moon Tarot looks so interesting! I'm sorry I missed the Bonestone and Earthflesh. I've contacted Avalon asking her if she's thinking of a re-print. We might be lucky.

You'd be so welcome, RavenOfSummer[/member] , with The Stolen Child at the faerie circle! The deck is so aptly named. Makes me think of Pullman's book [/i]The Golden Compass[/i].

I messaged Lunaea on Facebook and she confirmed that her new deck should come out in September and will be widely available.

The Forest of Enchantment looks amazing too!

The Forest of Enchantment is my top choice, so far, for this year. So looking forward to it, too, Flaxen[/member] .

Completely agree with you both, my dears. LOL I love art so much, though, that any discovery of a new, beautiful deck is like balm to the soul. And..., an opportunity to exercise my intuition anew.

Majestic Earth (Kickstarter)

This one's on my radar, too.

The Tarot Banksy looks interesting. Something different.

I find Bansky very interesting, not only for his art but because like Street Artists JR and his project in Brazil and Boogie who use photography and whom I admire, he is an activit and speaks out through his art. A picture is worth a thousand words indeed.

Photography is a passion of mine, although I could never compare myself with any of these artists.

I received the True Black. It is stunning in its own way and I pre-ordered the Alice.

I also can't wait for The Muse Tarot by Chris-Anne.

Her Light Seer's Tarot looks lovely, too.

I'm really hoping that US Games puts out their republish of the Urban Tarot this year. Waited all year for any news on that front but alas.

I'm also hoping that Llewellyn releases the Otherkin Tarot this year as well. It's by the same artist as the Linestrider and is more animal focused. I was ultimately turned off the Linestrider because of the Medieval-y people throughout, so I really want to see if this one will do it for me!

Aside from that everything I have my eye on is either an indie deck still in progress or a deck I'm just hoping will be re-released.  O:-)

Ohhh myyy goddd Linestrider is one of my favorite decks and the Otherkin Tarot is spectacular!  The publication date is June of this year.  I just pre-ordered!

The Otherkin looks interesting. I’ve been quite tempted by the Linestrider but haven’t got round to buying it yet.

The Duck Soup one looks fun but it’s Kickstarter and I can’t do anymore of those - the extra hit on customs just makes them too expensive now. I’ve got 4 Kickstarter decks coming already this year which I backed last year and that will have to do.

Customs charges should be illegal. It's robbery. It's just a way to make money. It's total BS. There's no good reason for those charges.

My 2 cents.

There’ll be loads - but at this end of the year, I’d say the LoS Arthur Rackham Tarot, due out in the earlier part of this year. Plus the LoS Antiqua Tarot Egyptien.

But there’ll be others.

I actually thought of you when I saw the Rackham Tarot, because I remembered your AT posts about Duck Soup's Rackham Oracle.  :)
