Anyone have this deck? I'm thinking of getting it to use with the Line Strider Tarot but was just wondering how other people got on with it.

I am so enabled by this oracle and it looks so pretty! From the reviews, you get a book with the deck to learn about each plant and it's natural qualities (as well as divinatory meanings) and it's even a cook book! Shall get it in future  <3

Oh wow. This has gone on my list , well it’s the start of a list until I saw this post I didn’t have a list 😀

I have this deck, but even though I /love/ Siolo Thompson, I've been finding it hard to connect with the Linestrider and this oracle. I feel like maybe the oracle came out from her botanical flashcards, so the keywords in the deck don't feel "balanced". Apart from that, I don't like the card stock of either deck ): which I believe could be the key reason why I can't work with them.

 

Fingers crossed that her upcoming deck will have much better cardstock.

When I seen it was titled Hedgewitch I was immediately interested but after doing more digging, I've become less interested. People often make the assumption that Hedgewitchery is much the same as green witchcraft and.often thought of as much the same as that and hearth or kitchen witches. Yeah they have great knowledge of herbs, roots, and flora, but it is more about shadow work and travelling to the spirit world and communing with spiritual entities.

 

Sorry kinda went on a tangent... I was interested at first but from my digging around not too sure now.

I have been studying herbalism for years as a hobby and have looked at a lot of herbal oracle decks, but none really completely compelled me. It was actually yesterday I spotted the upcoming Magickal Herb Oracle and I think I am in love!
