The layout was inspired by the Brigid's cross (with the last card being placed in the center of the cross). I will probably also offer readings using those spreads, so if that interests you - take a look. The link is in my signature) Imbolc Spread (A light in the dark and something stirring underneath the surface) 1 4 5 2 3 1. The Seed. This card represents something that is calling for your attention and that you need to act upon now, because the time is right and you do not wish to let this opportunity go to waste. It refers to that thing that you have been meaning to do, or been wanting to manifest. So get on it! 2. That which is starting to stir. Something new or old that is preparing to surface soon and make itself present in your life. 3. That which will remain dormant and inaccessible for yet some time. Something that you will have to do without. You can consider this a sacred act of sacrifice that holds the potential to heighten your experience and further your development. 4. What will be required of you to prepare and make room for that which is coming. You may have to do a clean out and release some of the old stuff, or perhaps do some ‘repair’ work and freshen up certain parts of your life – to make yourself ready for change and transformation. 5. A light that will uphold and guide you until the return of the Sun. A blessing or a message of strength, guidance and clarity.
