Hello,

Just signed up here. A little about me. After a turbulent year in where I got a divorce and finally moved into a new village where no one knows me and a new home I am able to get back to my spiritual journey. In the past I have done a course in Traditional Witchcraft and Herbalism. Now I am studying about Druids and Celtic spirituality and my fascination with Tarot.

I am hoping to gain knowledge and maybe some new friends here.

Welcome PinkLady[/member] ! There are lots of friendly folks at all levels of their journey here, so I hope you'll find some kindred spirits on your path :)

Do you own any decks yet, or are you still mulling over which one to take "the plunge" with?

Hello PinkLady,

Welcome to the forum! I’m also walking a Druid path and there a quite a few people of pagan persuasion here.

Welcome, PinkLady!  Glad you found your way to this lovely site.  I love herbalism myself, but am not an expert by any means.  Just love how herbs can be used in so many ways!  I enjoy making my own medicines with them specifically.  I am intrigued by witchcraft too--though don't really study it.  It is an interesting subject though!  I hope you will share much of what you know on all those subjects you've mentioned as well as what you are learning in them.  They all seem quite interesting to me!

Hello and welcome, PinkLady[/member] !  :) <3

HELLO PINKLADY X/

welcome home PinkLady, love the username.

The width and depth of tarot and associated interests is what brought me to the cards in the first place. And I've learned so much about other things that would have never crossed my radar otherwise.

My sympathy on the life turbulence, but it is us in the cockpit...chose your path ~ Again, welcome.

Hi

I’m new here too..just moved to Canada. Family of 3. Currently busy settling in the new country. Lots of new learning’s and unlearning process happening.

I feel am always new to tarot as due to other things I’m unable to dedicate due amount of time. This settling process in the country has allowed my to take out some time for myself, hope to keep understanding new stuff about tarot on this forum.

Thanks

Welcome! You'll definitely be able to make new friends here.  (( I look forward to getting to know you.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. Just moved into a new home and that has taken up my time. Curently I am using a deck called Book of Shadows by Barbara Moore. And I use Frequency deck from teal Swan.

Nice to know there are more people interested in Druidry. What books have you read to learn more. I am learning about herbs atm. Have you read books on Witchcraft?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have looked at the aeclectic forum a bit but you can't sign up anymore but the info there is great. My fascination with druidry and herbs has been one that has been coming and going in my life. I have followed a Witchcraft class a few years ago and discovered that  I do better following my own path, mixing druidry and witchcraft without pinning it down as calling myself a witch/druid. I take from what ever path I come across what I need . As for Witchcraft, I can't for the life of me cast spells but I have discovered that Sigil magic or a simple 'one liner affirmation on a piece of paper works well for me. I use dried herbs on my altars or in food or tea. As for druid Tarot. I can't find a deck that suits me so I am sticking to Book of Shadows Tarot for now. I also have Golden Tarot and that is also a wonderful deck. I am lacking some discipline to be honest and am looking for a way to make it a daily part of my life.
