I am trying to feedback Em's 4 pillars reading

When I click on Quote, the quoted parts is about five screens wide.

Any ideas on a fix?

It does it also when I quick reply on any thread, I could type four pages into one long string.

I've learned to just enter when I have 15 or 20 words and drop down to the

next line.

I'm thinking I could copy and paste for feedback?

anyway, just wondering what is up with my view

Hi AJ. Thanks for your question.

Yeah, it is difficult to reply or quote long texts in the defined text box. Usually, I write the text/reply in word and copy to the text box for submission after I finished it.

I know there is a bar just below the text box. If you put your cursor on the box it changed from a pointer to a scroll. Suppose that bar could adjust the size of the text box but it didn't work for me.

I will ask little fang and see whether we could do something about it.

Sorry for the inconvenience.  :)

I'm unsure about that bar at the bottom and why it doesn't work, but if you look at the lower right corner there are little lines in there.  Click those and stretch the box as big as you need!  :-*

Thanks for the reply, Little Fang! I tried it on Internet Explorer and Firefox and the line does work! But it doesn't on chrome. So this is a chrome issue.  ;D

Oh, the line!  Yeah, I don't understand it.  I just use the little draggy corner thing.  ;D

Ahhhhh.. I tried it again. On chrome, you need to drag the bottom right corner and on IE and firefox, you need to drag the bottom line instead.  :o

haha.

Thanks, by the way!  :-*

Ah, Chrome.

I wasn't trying to get it bigger LF, but on the standard screen.

thanks, Sharyn

This seems a bit odd to me AJ-ish. I tried all three browsers (I mostly use Exploder on my laptop). But I also tried to replicate it in Firefox and Chrome and all 3 browsers wrap the lines like they're supposed to when I use the "quote" button to copy the text to a new reply. My own replies also wrap appropriately as I type them. I'll poke around a bit to see if I can find a setting that might change it.

In the meantime, I'm wondering what kind of device are you using? A desktop computer, laptop, tablet, IPad, smart phone? Also, what OS and what version of Chrome? Also, do you experience this on any other sites, such as the other Tarot forums, or other web sites - or is it just TT&M?
