How could I give free practice readings to people to develop my current abilities more?

In the tarot exchanges section, you can offer readings - you can be as specific or as general as you like with what you offer.  Just start a topic letting people know what you're offering, what deck your using and such like.  Have a look at this section for some ideas on getting started and come back here if you have any more questions :-)
