Looking for a happy fun loud anime or cartoonish deck with fantasy dragons and unicorns.

And fairies and elementals.  So simple it’s right On. Also beautiful art work but in your face...does anyone have any ideas.?

But I don't have this deck so I can't tell,you more about it.

There's plenty of other decks with fairies and mermaid and dragons, etc, but I can't think of any other with a cartoonish fun style at the moment.

Seconding the suggestion of the Fey - not least because the conception is excellent as well as the artwork. A lot of nice looking decks are not well thought out. The Fey IS.

Another vote for the Fey Tarot and the Crystal Visions Tarot - both are beautiful decks that give excellent readings. 

 

Another deck that you might like is Tarot of a Moon Garden - it's full of dragons, unicorns, and fairies.
