I stumbled across this upcoming deck from a UK creator, drawing on her experience with the land and lore around Dartmoor. According to the creator:

 

The deck is divided into three sets: The 8 Wheel cards, which follow the wheel of the year, and mark the 8 celtic festivals - Imbolc, Spring Equinox, Beltane, Midsummer, Lammas, Autumn Equinox, Samhain and Midwinter.  The 13 Moon cards, representing the thirteen lunar months of the year, and 24 Companion cards, depicting animal and plant allies.
