Used Deck of a Thousand Spreads Recently

it is no longer in  print alas. 

at the fair, and the pow wow, I used to use it for everything,, it is getting broken down from wear and tear,, it doesn't shuffle like it used to alas.. poor deck. 

I used to shuffle it and do it randomly trusting the card would be what the was to be when it was flipped over. 

 

the other day a lady client came to me for two types of reading.. 

hmm I said to myself what spread to use.. 

then for the first time I used it how it was intended, aka not randomly but went through the deck picking out  cards I felt would be good for business/work reading, and cards that would be great for relationship reading..

I even put the answer and outcome in the same spread and left the answer to the end when I flipped over the outcome.. 

it is rare for me to pick two outcome cards ,, or even to use the clairifer. 

 

it is kind of funny after years and years of doing the old trust the universe,, I am now being open to focusing on certain aspects for a spread, aka the love, or work spread.. 

 

just was sharing that it worked swell.. and hopefully it get reprinted again soon.
