I am desperately seeking this vintage deck of playing cards, images of which I have fallen in love with online. So far all I've found are expired ebay listings. Does anyone know of a source for vintage playing cards?

I don’t think he’s actively sourcing decks any more but I believe he’s still selling through his old stock. Might be worth contacting him to see if he has this one.

Just saw this - no chance. He doesn't even answer my snail mail these days, though I did get a Christmas card (I THINK...) and he is a personal friend. I am in the process of trying to find out if he is in trouble (as in even may be dead...) His partner was certainly very ill, and he wasn't well,either. If he does answer PLEASE let me know, as I am worried - and if he does answer, he is TOTALLY reliable as a seller.

 

Spielkarten is ace on price (as in correct and honest) - you may well not do better elsewhere. I've got loads there at less than the going price.

ETA actually - spurred om by this, I have just emailed a friend of his; I will let you know if I get a response.

Well, I do HOPE he responds. He's a lovely man and I am genuinely worried here. If I get an answer...the trouble is that all their email addresses were spammed half to death (he's not very techy...)

Yes, hope everything's okay! I've been in touch with another dealer who says I've chosen a deck that is VERY hard to find and the last one he saw sold for £125. So I ordered a different 1960s deck from him for £14. 😄 It's also groovy. This one:
