I see there is a 'chatter' forum, but I see four specific headers. I don't consider books fun and games.

2 questions, is chat subscriber only, I'd like to start or restart a what are you reading thread but I'd like to see everyone be able to post.

 

And where exactally should that thread go?  thanks.

You don't have to put it under any of the headers, you can post threads just into the chatter room here:
