In the subscribe area here,

I chose the three month option (just a few days left on the current one)

Which then takes me to PayPal

 

When I use PayPal for ebay stuff there is a place to send a note along with payment.

 

There isn't when paying for a subscription here.

So I'm just letting you know that you got a payment today from Sharyn, and it is for

three more months subsription

 

Because how would you know what that payment is for otherwise? :)

It's all automatically handled, I got an email that the subscription came in so I wanted to be sure I wasn't missing anything.  :-*

You can find it in here:

 

Log in to your PayPal account.

Click Profile next to "Log Out" and select Profile and settings.

Click My money.

Click Update next to "My preapproved payments."

Click the agreements you want to view.

Just a thanks, the subscription cost is so reasonable (3 bucks 3 months) last time I yanked up my big girl bravery and chose auto renewal.

In the back of my mind I knew it was approaching renewal and yesterday I got an email reminding me I was on auto renewal and was that still ok, or did I wish to cancel that.

 

How easy and safe is that? Thanks for the work that goes into running this forum

Um - sudden thought - do we get a note that it's about to expire ? Or did I maybe even set up an automatic ? I have actually no idea when I did this....

paypal sent me a reminder and asked if auto subscription was ok. Easy to change if it isn't what you want next time. I appreciate the reminder and feel secure about it since PayPal asked.
