Your most used deck of 2019

Featured Replies

This is a poll, plan and simple. A head count. Not a discussion thread. not a "merit" thing.

Just - which deck did you use most last year. You may name two, but not more than two. And one should be a tarot deck, please.

If you name more, I will only count the first two.. I do not want to know why, but if you have a truly exciting reason, you can PM me with it !

Please, just name it. At the end of the month (as in February 1, so everyone gets a WHOLE month) I will simply count them and post the result. I was going to put up a poll - but realised that as I have no idea which decks might come up - I can't.

ETA: I used RWS quite a bit, too. Just a cheap, plastified Albano Waite that I didn't have to be careful with.
It's really hard to say which I used more. The Vamp - for me, getting used to a different system and just admiring it, and, at the risk of sounding dated, digging it - or the Albano for the quick and dirty reads for myself and others.

It's kind of difficult to pick one with any precision. I certainly didn't count how many times I used the Vamp vs. How many times I used the Albano. Besides which, I switched to this Lenormand https://thecartomancer.bigcartel.com/product/mlle-lenormand-s-wahrsagekarten-der-engel

sometime in the last year. And I use Kippers quite a bit, too.

But I *think* my original choices were the most used.

But in the end, it makes no difference. My choices have a snowball's chance in hell (unless the Albano is thrown into the general "RWS" pot - and that begs the question, are we differentiating between the various RWS decks? Centennial, Universal, etc.? I think RWS has an unfair advantage if we don't!

Yes we are. I made this; I have spoken (I was going to anyway. We always ran up against that on AT as it was !)

And I should have differentiated tarot and Lenormand but I didn't so list either !It'll be interesting to see how many Lenormand entries there are anyway !

@gregory do you allow oracle decks?

if so then: Inner Compass Oracle

ETA: and Stella’s tarot

Well, I think I shall have to.... I think I will say - from here on in - one of the decks listed needs to be tarot, though. Off to edit.
